DANCE

I have been dancing since I am two years old! I am a dancer with a BFA in performance, and a certified yoga instructor. I love dancing and practicing yoga,
so why choose?
I take class and perform when I can. The rest of the time you'll find me leading classes in yoga, pilates fusion and barre for adults, and teaching dance and yoga to adults and children of all ages.

When I'm not taking class, I'm teaching at the
The Pulse Performing Arts Center and American Gymnastics, both in Bedford Hills, NY.
I teach pre schoolers through high schoolers,
and choreograph solos for college auditions.
